Auto Mode runs for approximately 15 minutes. Follow the supplied user guide and avoid extending a session beyond the recommended duration.

Does NeckEase need to remain plugged in?
Yes. NeckEase is a corded device powered through the included USB-C cable. It does not need charging and does not contain a rechargeable battery.
Connect it to a compatible USB power source before beginning your session.
Can I use it with a herniated disc, arthritis, a recent injury or after surgery?
