RETURNS & REFUNDS

Before you return anything
Most concerns — assembly questions, missing parts, minor issues —
can be resolved in a single email, without sending anything back.
Write to us first at velorexstore1@gmail.com with your order number.

Changed your mind — 14 days
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel,
for any reason. Email us with your order number. You then have a
further 14 days to send the item back.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Our
fulfilment centre is located internationally, so return postage
may be substantial. Please use a tracked service — we cannot take
responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We refund the price of the item and the standard outbound delivery
cost within 14 days of receiving it back, or within 14 days of you
sending us proof of postage — whichever comes first.

Condition of returned items
You may unfold and examine the board as you would in a shop. If it
comes back showing use beyond that — scratched, worn, or with
components missing — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss
in value.

Faulty or damaged — 30 days
If the board arrives damaged, or is faulty or not as described, you
have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund.

Email us with photographs and your order number. We cover return
postage, and in most cases we will refund or replace without asking
you to send it back.

After 30 days you remain entitled to a repair or replacement.

Digital guides
The four digital guides are delivered immediately on purchase. By
completing your order you request immediate supply and acknowledge
that your right to cancel the digital guides is lost once delivery
begins. You keep the guides in all cases.

Starting a return
Email velorexstore1@gmail.com with your order number and, for
faults, photographs. We respond within 2 business days and confirm
the return address.

Parcels sent back without a confirmed return authorisation cannot
be accepted.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
